Tom Nivelle

Tom Nivelle is currently a Product Manager at NN Group, where they focus on enhancing product offerings. Prior to this role, they served as a Customer Journey Expert at ING from 2018 to 2021. Tom also gained experience in the insurance sector as an Insurance Agent at ERGO INSURANCE in Belgium and worked as a Multinational Account Handler and Client Coordinator at AIG between 2015 and 2017. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Entrepreneurship from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, which they obtained from 2009 to 2014.
