Anton Flou

Anton Flou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, currently serving as the Director of Site HSE Management at NNE since August 2023. Prior to this, Anton held various senior positions, including Managing Partner & Director at Shirley Parsons, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive IT platform re-engineering and securing exclusive agreements within the wind industry. Previous roles also include Head of HSE at Senvion GmbH, Senior HSE Manager at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, and several key HSE positions at Vestas and Siemens. Anton has a background in crisis management and has been instrumental in enhancing safety cultures and procedures across organizations. Anton's educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Corporate Entrepreneurship and various management diplomas, complemented by formal training at the Danish Police.
