Anette Pedersen

Anette Pedersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry, currently serving as the Line Manager of the LS Graduate Program at NNIT since November 2015. In this role, Anette designs and implements a European Graduate Program that focuses on developing and mentoring young talent through personalized training packages. Prior to this, Anette held various consultancy roles at NNIT, including Senior Advisory Consultant, where leadership in complex IT and process transformations for top 20 life sciences companies was pivotal. Anette's earlier career includes consulting engineering at NIRAS, where HVAC installations were designed for the VIA University Center in Aarhus, along with a significant role in staff supervision at Ramboll Management Consulting. Anette holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil and structural engineering from Aarhus University School of Engineering and a Master’s degree in Value Chain Management from Aalborg University Copenhagen, alongside an exchange program at Sungkyunkwan University.
