Karen Reynolds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management, instructional design, and training project management. Currently serving as a Sr. Consultant for OCM and L&D Solutions at NNIT, Reynolds collaborates with Life Sciences clients to craft tailored solutions, including compliance readiness assessments and system implementations.
