Signe Nelsson

Signe Nelsson is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in strategic human resource management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global HR at NNIT since June 2023, Signe previously held the role of Executive Director of the Global People Center of Expertise at LEO Pharma from April 2021 to May 2023. Prior to this, significant roles included Executive Advisor at Nordea, where responsibilities encompassed governance, public affairs, and cultural transformation, as well as Head of HR for Nordea Denmark. Signe has also contributed as a Human Capital Consultant at SimCorp and HR Business Partner at Takeda Pharma, alongside positions at Nycomed and as a HR Consultant. Signe holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and an M.Soc.Sc. in Psychology and Business Studies from Roskilde University, reinforcing a strong academic foundation in human resource strategies.
