Santiago Lopez is a skilled graphic and web designer with extensive experience in various roles within the design and development industry. Currently serving as a Junior Graphic/Web Designer at NNN Capital since June 2023, Santiago also operates as a freelance graphic web developer, focusing on web development, branding, and social media marketing through the use of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Prior to this, Santiago worked at Employers4Change as a Graphic and Web Designer, where responsibilities included branding, logo design, and website creation on Wix, along with client communications and updates. As an intern at the same organization, duties involved prototyping and wireframing in Figma, and creating illustrations with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. NNN Capital is headquartered in Orlando, Florida. GroceryAnchored.com Launched in late 2017, GroceryAnchored.com was the flagship website for what has now become NNN Capital. Now considered the "internet" for Grocery-Anchored shopping centers that are for sale across the country, GroceryAnchored.com provides optics for hundreds of owners of these assets on a subscription based model. STNL.com Launched in 2020, STNL.com is a traditional brokerage platform that specializes in selling retail buildings of the single-tenant net-lease variety. Based out of Orlando, STNL.com brokers predominately work with assets in Florida and around the southeast United States. NNN Academy (nnnacademy.com) NNN Academy is NNN Capital's college program that teaches students how to analyze, underwrite & transact triplenet properties. Though the program has been around for ten years, has seen 33 different classes with over 170 graduates, it is only recently that it has been formally packaged into “Academy” form.
