Fiona Lodge

Fiona Lodge has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Fiona most recently worked as the Chief Product Officer at No Filter, Inc. starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Product & Strategy Officer at the Cloud Communications division of NTT (formerly known as Arkadin) from July 2019 to June 2021. During their time at NTT, Fiona achieved significant growth in deal win rates, customer satisfaction, and operating profit. Fiona also laid the groundwork for future growth and scale in delivering high-quality experiences to customers.

Before their role at NTT, Fiona worked at Dimension Data from 2013 to 2019. Fiona held various leadership positions, including Global SVP, CX & Digital Workplace Offer Management & Operations, Global VP/SVP, Collaboration, and Vice President, Cloud Communications Services. During their time at Dimension Data, Fiona was responsible for driving growth in revenue and profitability through product management, sales strategies, alliance relationships, and defining key performance metrics.

Prior to Dimension Data, Fiona gained experience in technical operations as the VP, Technical Operations at Clinithink LLC and as a Senior Product/Program Manager at the Skype Division of Microsoft. Fiona successfully established and built technical operations capabilities, contributed to revenue growth, improved customer support, and enhanced the user experience.

Earlier in their career, Fiona worked at Innov8 Solutions, Integrated Research, OT (Open Telecommunications), Telecoms Systems Software Group, and Teltec Ireland in various managerial and research roles. Fiona demonstrated expertise in unified communications, product portfolio management, and engineering architecture.

Fiona Lodge obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Fiona then pursued their doctoral studies in the same field at Dublin City University from 1993 to 1999, culminating in the completion of their PhD.
