Phil Rodriguez

Phil Rodriguez currently serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator at No Matter What Recovery, a facility focused on dual diagnosis treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues. Prior to this role, Phil held various positions at Compass, including Regional Manager and Transaction Operations Manager, from April 2018 to January 2023. Phil began a career in real estate at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where from 2009 to 2018, expertise in the Greater Los Angeles market was established as a Realtor® and Transaction Coordinator. Earlier in Phil's career, significant experience was gained at Household Finance from 1999 to 2008, where roles included Quality Assurance Manager, with responsibilities encompassing branch audits, employee training, and compliance oversight. Phil is Six Sigma trained and bilingual in Spanish, enhancing capabilities in business negotiations and efficiency initiatives.
