Dana Malcova

Dana Malcova is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in business process management, enterprise architecture, and agile transformation. Currently serving as Team Lead for the Company Size Research Initiative at Business Agility Institute since July 2019 and as a Transformation & Agile Coach at No Moss Co, Dana has previously held roles at UST Global, Leonardo Consulting, Commonwealth Bank, and others, delivering consulting and training services across various industries, including finance, telecommunications, and government. With a Master's degree in Information Systems and Technology from Prague University of Economics and Business and currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Informatics, Dana has a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects of enterprise architecture, BPM, and effective team collaboration.
