Frances Pena

Frances Pena the Director of Strategy and Planning, has been with No Ordinary Moments since 2012. She has served as a Personal Attendant, an administrative intern, and Program Coordinator prior to rising to her current position. Frances is an American Red Cross CPR/First Aid instructor.
