Stephen Wachter has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Stephen currently serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Noa Technologies Inc. Prior to this, Stephen held various roles in talent acquisition, including Managing Partner at Ospreyone.com, Talent Partner at Relativity Space, Centene Corporation, and Kairos Power, Head of Talent Acquisition at Health2047, Inc., and Head of Talent Acquisition at Apixio. Earlier in their career, Stephen worked as a Global Talent Partner at Apollo Education Group. Throughout their career, Stephen has successfully conducted searches for various executive and senior-level positions, including those in the digital health, rockets, and advanced nuclear energy industries.

Stephen Wachter has studied Film/Cinema/Video Studies at San Francisco State University and Pre-Medicine/Marine Biology at UC San Diego.
