Adam Allen, CPCU, currently serves as a Planner II at the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA), focusing on regional transportation needs and supporting various capital programs. Previously, Adam worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Novogradac & Company LLP, conducting multifamily real estate market research and feasibility studies. Prior roles include Economic Opportunity Coordinator with Americorps VISTA at MidTown Cleveland, Dively Fellow at The Levin Group, Graduate Assistant at Cleveland State University, and Underwriter at State Farm Insurance. Adam's earlier experience includes internships in community development and research assistant roles during academic pursuits at Georgia State University and Cleveland State University, where Adam earned a Master of Urban Planning and Development and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy - Planning & Economic Development.
