Sarah White

Sarah White is a seasoned professional in urban and regional planning with extensive experience in both public and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Planner in the Programming Division at the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) since July 2015, Sarah specializes in the administration of various transportation funding programs, including the Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 and the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality program. Prior roles at NOACA involved strategic coordination to improve mobility for vulnerable populations. Before joining NOACA, Sarah held the position of Director of Business Operations at medWish International, overseeing finance and budget implementation, and worked in horticulture and educational roles earlier in the career. Sarah holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Miami University.
