The Planning Team at NOACA focuses on developing and implementing strategic plans for regional transportation and infrastructure projects. They aim to enhance regional cohesion, preserve existing infrastructure, and promote sustainable, multimodal transportation systems that support economic development and improve the quality of life in Northeast Ohio. This multidisciplinary team undertakes comprehensive analyses, programming, and long-range urban and transportation planning, including air quality initiatives, to ensure environmentally responsible and efficient growth.
