Oliver Bloor

After university, Oliver worked for 11 years in the City managing funds for private individuals and charities. He then spent two years with a major commercial insurance broker before joining the NHS for the next twenty years; working in Information, Performance Management, and most recently as Head of Contracts for a neighboring hospital Trust. He retired in 2017 and has served NOAH as a Trustee since July 2019, his background in public sector contracts and financial management is an asset on the Finance Committee and chairing the Welfare Centre Redevelopment Committee.
