Siobhan Starrs is an experienced media professional with a robust background in video news production and journalism. Currently serving as Output Editor for Horizons at The Associated Press since April 2006, Siobhan oversees a daily video news features bulletin, leveraging strong news judgment and metrics for content curation. Previously held positions include Senior Producer for Horizons Features Bulletin, and various roles at The Associated Press, including Senior Producer - Output and Europe Planning Producer. Siobhan's earlier experience includes freelancing for BBC News, CNN, and other media organizations. Siobhan holds a Pg Dip in Broadcast Journalism from Falmouth College of Arts and a BA Honours in English and Spanish from Queen's University Belfast.
