James Grabiner

James Grabiner has a diverse work experience that spans from 2012 to 2021. James started their career as a Part-Time Specialist Sales Assistant at TOP SHOP/TOP MAN LIMITED, where they prioritized providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about the product range. James then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Graduate Management Trainee, where they focused on developing broad business acumen, establishing customer relationships, and driving additional revenue through negotiation and up-selling. Most recently, James worked at Amazon as a Level 5 Area Manager, leading a team of 138 associates, optimizing workflow, and driving continuous improvement in working practices to meet customer demands and achieve key performance indicators.
