Carl Simonsson is the Chief Product Officer at Noahs since May 2020. Prior to this, Carl held the position of Executive Chef at Lucky 13 sandwich co. Ltd. since May 2018. With a background that includes roles such as Køkkenchef at FC Nordsjælland and Pastry Chef at Copenhagen Admiral Hotel, Carl has a strong foundation in culinary arts. Carl graduated with a silver degree in gastronomy from Copenhagen Hospitality College.
