Rich Nall

Rich brings his nearly 30 years of experience in the telecom industry to NoaNet’s leadership team. Prior experiences include PUD telecom management, network engineering, outside plant, business development, and strategic direction for both private and public entities. Rich has a B.S. in Telecommunications Management from City University.
