William began their career at Walmart, where they held various positions including Tire & Lube, Customer Service Manager, and Electronics Associate. During this time, they prioritized providing excellent customer service and staying up to date with technology.

In 2014, William joined Union Telephone Company as a Cell Site Technician. In this role, they installed and maintained electronics for telecommunication towers and business rooftops. William also conducted network testing using specialized equipment and ensured compliance with OSHA regulations.

In 2016, William transitioned to Wave Broadband, where they held multiple roles. William started as a NOC Tier 2 technician, responsible for monitoring and maintaining the HFC and fiber networks. William also assisted enterprise customers with technical issues and escalated complex problems to IP engineers. William then moved on to become a Test and Turn Up technician, where they directly interfaced with enterprise customers and turned up various services such as EPL, EVPL, ELAN, DIA, and BGP. William worked closely with the engineering department and resolved issues independently when necessary. Finally, they served as an Optical Engineer until 2020.

Most recently, in 2020, William joined NoaNet as a Field Engineer.

William Trejo attended Perry Technical Institute from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology & Communication Systems with a focus on Telecommunications. Prior to that, they attended Pasco High School from 2006 to 2010.
