Susana Ferreira

Susana Ferreira possesses extensive experience in sales and customer service within the maritime and logistics sectors. Currently serving as an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative at Noatum since April 2017, Susana has previously held similar roles at National Instruments from November 2014 to April 2017 and at CSAV from October 2009 to November 2014. Susana's responsibilities have included managing inbound and outbound calls, creating and following up on quotes, coordinating with international departments, and handling service requests and customer complaints. Susana also completed an internship at Marmedsa Noatum Maritime, gaining foundational knowledge in various departments of a shipping company. Educational qualifications include a post-graduate degree in Marketing Management from INDEG-ISCTE and a bachelor's degree in Transportation and Logistics Management from Escola Superior Náutica Infante D.
