Elin Malveholm is an experienced professional in the field of offshore safety and operations management, currently serving as the Leader Offshore Safety at Equinor since April 2016. Malveholm's career includes significant roles such as Project Leader and Lean Coach, where Lean methodologies were implemented in various sectors within Development & Production Norway. Previous experience at Statoil involved positions such as Senior Engineer Operations, Management Advisor/Senior Consultant Operations, and Chairman of the Young in Statoil Bergen network. Malveholm's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Marketing & Knowledge Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from Lund University, along with other academic qualifications.
