Malin Jönsson has extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Malin started their career at Telia Finans AB as an Account Manager in 1996, and later became the Head of Sales. In 2001, they joined Staffplanet as the Head of Sales for a short period. From 2002 to 2004, they worked at Scala Business Solutions as a Global Account Manager. In 2006, they joined Sergel Kredittjänster as the Manager of Debt Surveillance. Malin then held various roles at Sergel Kredittjänster, including Director of Sales and Director of Debt Collection and Debt Surveillance. In 2011, they became the Head of Delivery/Customer Operations at Sergel Kredittjänster AB, where they were responsible for the delivery of credit management services to customers in the Swedish market. In 2013, they joined PayEx as the COO, responsible for delivering financing and payment solutions to customers in the Nordic market. At PayEx, they also headed the newly formed Business Area Collection. In 2016, Malin moved to Nordax Bank AB as the COO and Customer Operations Director. Most recently, they joined NOBA Bank Group as the COO in 2023.
Malin Jönsson obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in the International Business Program, from Linköping University in the period 1990-1994. In 2003, they briefly studied Human Resource Management at London Metropolitan University.
