Olga Plesakova

Olga Plesakova serves as the Head of Credit Underwriting and Decision Analytics at NOBA Bank Group since June 2023, having previously held the position of Head of Decision Analytics at Bank Norwegian, a part of the same group. With a substantial tenure at Bank Norwegian starting in March 2018, Olga has also worked in various risk and decision analytics roles. Prior experience includes a significant period at Santander Consumer Bank AS from November 2013 to February 2018, following GE Capital from April 2006 to October 2013, where multiple analyst roles were undertaken, particularly in customer and marketing analysis. Olga Plesakova holds a Master's degree in Mathematics Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Latvijas Universitate.
