Jason Carter, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason began their career in 2001 as a Summer Intern at Caterpillar Inc. In 2003, they joined Olin Brass, where they served as a Market Development Engineer and later as a Technical Service & Marketing Engineer until 2006.

In 2006, Jason joined NobelClad and assumed the role of Sales Specialist/Metallurgical Engineer. Jason consistently excelled in their responsibilities, leading to promotions and increased responsibilities. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Director of Sales - Asia, overseeing sales operations in that region. Jason then transitioned to the role of Director of Sales for North & South America from 2014 to 2016.

Due to their exceptional performance, Jason was promoted to the position of Global Director of Sales at NobelClad in 2016. In this capacity, they played a key role in driving sales strategies and achieving revenue targets globally. As of October 2022, they hold the position of Vice President of Global Sales, where they continue to contribute to the company's overall success.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales and marketing, and technical expertise in metallurgy. Their experiences at various companies have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of global sales operations and market development.

Jason Carter, MBA, received their Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2002. In 2002, they also attended UNSW, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering for one year. From 2009 to 2011, Jason attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Finance & Entrepreneurship.
