Conny Struylaart

Conny Struylaart has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Conny is currently the Head of HR at Nobi BV since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at JD Pro from June 2017. Conny also served as the Human Resources Manager at Gilbert De Clercq from September 2020 to October 2021. In the same year, they were the Operations Manager at Thalassa Seafoods nv/sa from March to September.

Before that, Conny held multiple positions at Planet Talent from April 2011 to March 2020, including Business Support Manager and Office Manager. From June 2009 to March 2011, they worked as an HR & Finance Assistant at Renault Trucks. Additionally, they have extensive experience working at Kinepolis, starting as a PA to the General Manager in January 1997 and holding various roles such as Operational Quality & Controlling Manager, International Marketing & Sales Trainee, Sales Assistant, Regional Sales Promoter, and Human Resources Assistant.

Conny Struylaart obtained a Master's degree in Communication from KU Leuven, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
