Asta Ivanickiene

Asta Ivanickiene serves as the People and Culture Manager at Nobia since January 2022 and is an HR professional at HR partnership to business from March 2018. In this role, Asta supports local and remote teams across Lithuania, Europe, and the US. Previously, Asta was the Head of HR at TGS Baltic from October 2015 to March 2018, focusing on implementing HR practices and enhancing internal culture. Prior experience includes leading HR strategy at Transcom WorldWide Vilnius UAB and working as an HR Generalist at Omnitel, where Asta managed HR administration and organizational culture initiatives. Asta’s early career includes serving as Manager at Transis. Asta holds a degree in Executive Studies with a focus on Applied Organisational Psychology from ISM University of Management and Economics, complemented by education from Vilniaus Universiteto Tarptautinio Verslo Mokykla.
