Alla Sokolova is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and wellness industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Hotel J & Restaurant J since September 2023 and as Head of Wellness at Nobis Hospitality Group since September 2022, Alla has demonstrated extensive leadership capabilities. Previously, Alla co-founded IWC Balans, establishing it as the first international wellness destination in Latvia, where Alla held the position of General Manager from September 2005 to January 2022. Additionally, Alla has experience in sales support and account management from WGSN. Alla holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from UCL and a Graduate Diploma in Masters of Wellness from RMIT University.
