Terri Eccles

Terri Eccles is an accomplished consultant, coach, and educator with extensive experience in product and technology leadership. As the Owner, Consultant, and Coach at Virago Labs since July 2017, Terri specializes in enhancing team performance during organizational change. In addition, Terri serves as an Account Lead and Change Maker at NOBL Collective, a global change agency, while also holding the position of Guest Faculty in Strategy & Leadership at the University of Washington Information School. Terri is an Embodied Transformation Consultant at the Strozzi Institute for Somatics, focusing on a neuroscience-based approach to leadership. Prior roles include Interim Head of Product & Technology at Hive Wealth, Director of Web Digital Product at Premera Blue Cross, and Director of Digital Product Management at Capital One Investing. Terri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with a Minor in Economics from Texas McCombs School of Business.
