Blair Miller

Blair Miller is an accomplished professional in the culinary and supply chain sectors, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at Noble 33 and as the Founder and CEO of Beyond Culinary Consulting LLC, both positions held since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Culinary Operations and Area Director of Culinary at Tocaya Modern Mexican from September 2018 to October 2022, and as the Executive Kitchen Market Manager and Executive Kitchen Manager at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. from October 2009 to September 2018. Blair's culinary expertise was further developed at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, where the role of Executive Chef was held from January 2002 to September 2008. Blair Miller holds an Associate's degree from the California Culinary Academy.
