Srdan Strmsek

Srdan Strmsek currently serves as the General Manager at Noble 33 since September 2024, following a tenure as General Manager at V&E Restaurant Group from November 2022 to November 2024, and at Mayfair House Hotel and Garden from July 2022 to November 2024. Prior to these roles, Srdan held the position of Assistant General Manager at Chica by Lorena Garcia from December 2020 to November 2024 and at Olivia Restaurant At CIRC from September 2017 to December 2020. Srdan's experience also includes various leadership roles such as Bar Manager at Hotel Circ and Menager at Blue Water Grill. The foundational career started as a Bartender/Server at Nexxt Cafe and a Manager at Villa Bermet. Srdan holds a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Sport and Physical Education, completed between 2009 and 2014.
