Mathias Werner

Mathias Werner has a strong background in product management and project management. Mathias has held various roles throughout their career, starting as an intern for civil engineering and business administration at Conradi Bau GmbH in 2008. Mathias then worked as an operations manager at smow in 2009, before transitioning to a project manager role at NoiseStop Systems Singapore in 2010. At NoiseStop Systems, they developed and implemented more efficient processes for calculating materials and managing customer and sales databases.

In 2010, Mathias returned to smow as a product manager, where they successfully designed and launched additional features for a new product line, resulting in increased customer lifetime value. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a product and project manager at ThyssenKrupp Elevators, overseeing the development and launch of multiple software projects and quality control measures. During this time, they also implemented process improvements that enhanced product quality and reduced costs.

From 2015 to 2021, Mathias served as a lead project and product manager at Josef Gartner, managing a team on a $90M project and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute visions and strategies. Mathias excelled at presenting and communicating these strategies to all levels of the company, building trust and support among stakeholders.

Starting in 2021, they joined Citrine Informatics as a senior product manager, leading multiple agile teams and collaborating with design and engineering teams to launch an AI/ML-powered SaaS platform. Their work resulted in increased revenue and improved user experiences through user testing and customer feedback analysis.

Currently, Mathias works at NobleAI as a principal product manager, where they assumed full ownership and responsibility for the entire product team. Mathias introduced an agile development methodology, initiated customer-driven practices, and delivered a clear product vision and strategy.

Throughout their career, Mathias has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive results, optimize processes, and enhance product quality.

Mathias Werner completed their education in a diverse range of fields. Mathias obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from Columbia University in 2020-2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Hult International Business School in 2014-2015. Mathias holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration from HTWK Leipzig, earned between 2007 and 2011. Lastly, they completed their A-levels at Geschwister Scholl Gymnasium from 1996 to 2006. Additionally, Mathias has acquired various certifications in product management, product design, blockchain, agile scrum, coding, and product analytics from esteemed institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Product School, and Udemy.
