Carl Jones

Technical Director, Conductive Products at Noble Biomaterials

Carl Jones has over 30 years of work experience in quality and operations management. Carl is currently the Technical Director of Conductive Products at Noble Biomaterials, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to that, Carl worked at Motorola Solutions as the Director of Operations Quality from 2010 to 2015, where they led cross-functional teams and drove quality improvements across global operations. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Director of JDM/APAC Supplier and Customer Quality at Symbol Technologies Inc./Motorola Inc., where they developed and managed the Far East quality organization. Before that, Carl held positions of increasing responsibility at Symbol Technologies Inc., including Director of Quality and Manager of Quality, overseeing quality functions at their manufacturing facility and distribution center. Carl also has experience as a Test Engineer and Clinical Lab Supervisor at i-STAT Corporation and as a Quality Engineer at VIZ Manufacturing Company.

Carl Jones completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1983 to 1988. Later, from 1999 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Corporate Program at LIU Post. Prior to their university education, Carl attended Union Endicott HS, although the specific years and any degrees or fields of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, Carl obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from Motorola Solutions in 2013 and completed LEAN Concepts training from the same institution in 2003. Additionally, they hold a certification in ESD Control Engineering from EOS/ESD Association Inc. and a Quality Engineer certification from ASQ, although the years of attainment for these certifications are unspecified.
