Sophia Lightbourne has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Santa Monica College. Sophia has worked in various customer support roles at companies such as Honorlock, ExamSoft, and Columbus Communications. Currently, Sophia is the Lead IT & Digital Specialist at NOBLE Capital Markets, focusing on IT operations and digital content creation. At Columbus Communications, Sophia provided level 3 support for Flow entities and Columbus Business Solutions in the Caribbean region, including analyzing application logs, testing and deploying software patches, and documenting new processes.
