Grady Collins is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Noble Capital. With over 25 years of experience, Collins has all the skills needed to manage all aspects of the real estate portfolio and real estate investment funds. This includes fund investment strategies and objectives with regard to all aspects of mortgage and real estate. Collins’s role is also to measure the performance goals and ensure the optimal deployment of capital while mitigating risk to achieve maximum returns.

Prior to joining Noble Capital, Grady was a portfolio manager with United Companies Financial Corporation. During his tenure there, he was instrumental in restructuring the company, which ultimately led to the sale of assets for just under $1BN. From there, Collins moved on to Bear Stearns, where he was responsible for the financial modeling and on-boarding of large loan portfolios, as well as ongoing performance assessment of those portfolios. He then founded and managed a successful private real estate hedge fund focused on distressed debt and underperforming real estate assets.

Grady holds a BS degree in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Temple University. Grady is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). In addition, Collins was an Austin Business Journal Best CFO Award Nominee in 2017; in 2018, he was awarded Best CFO by Finance Monthly.
