Amanda Busfield

Amanda Busfield, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Organizational Development Partner at Noble Corporation since October 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at David Weekley Homes, where Amanda led the annual succession planning process and assisted managers in external talent acquisition from April 2017 to October 2023. Previously, Amanda worked at Stage Stores from 2002 to July 2016, holding various roles including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Director of Talent and People Development, focusing on recruitment, employee onboarding, and learning development. Amanda's earlier experience includes positions at SuperStand Magazines, Inc. as a Buyer/Space Planning Manager and several merchandising roles at Stage Stores, starting in 1990. Amanda holds a BS in Merchandising and Buying Operations from Texas State University.
