Garth Pulkkinen

Garth Pulkkinen has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Garth started their career at Transocean in 1995, where they held various roles such as Rig Manager, Assistant Rig Manager, and Operations Engineer. In 2004, they joined Noble Corporation, where they have held several positions including Drilling Superintendent, Drilling Superintendent - Marketing & Contracts, Operations Manager, Director of Marketing & Contracts, General Manager - Marketing & Contracts (Western Hemisphere), General Manager - Western Hemisphere, and currently, Vice President - Operations, Americas & Africa. Throughout their career, Garth has demonstrated leadership and expertise in operations, marketing, contracts, and general management in the drilling industry.

Garth Pulkkinen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering/Industrial Management from Maine Maritime Academy, completing their education from 1991 to 1995.
