Glauco “Gee” Venancio

Glauco “Gee” Venancio, MBA, currently serves as a Safety Training Supervisor Offshore and Senior Site Training Specialist at Noble Drilling, focusing on the enforcement of safety policies and compliance with US and international safety standards on oil rigs and drill ships since July 2021. Prior to this role, Glauco spent nearly nine years at GTX Consulting, LLC, as an HSEQ and L&D Consultant, providing safety and training services to various energy companies, and held significant positions, including Operations Training Manager at Pacific Drilling and Director of Learning & Development at Paragon Offshore. Beginning a career in safety with Noble Drilling in October 2002, Glauco transitioned to the corporate office in the U.S. in 2007 after initially working offshore in Brazil. Glauco holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Universidade Unigranrio and is currently pursuing a Professional Certification in Human Factors - Macroergonomics at the University of California, Berkeley.
