Josef Zahra

Josef Zahra is an experienced crane operator with a comprehensive background in offshore operations, currently employed at Maersk Drilling since June 2019. Prior roles include positions at Atlas Professionals, AGR, and Spencer Ogden, where responsibilities encompassed general deck duties and helicopter operations. Notably, Josef served as a crane operator and deck foreman for Seafox on the ASV Burj jack-up rig in the East Timor Sea, ensuring safe and efficient crane operations for complex lifts. Earlier experience includes roles with Northern Offshore and Ensco plc, focusing on planning and supervising lifting operations and equipment checks. Josef has a diploma in Computer Technology from MICS Malta and a Computer Tech Diploma from St. Joseph High School in Malta.
