Marian Sabat

Marian Sabat is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and reporting, currently serving as Senior Manager of Consolidations and Internal Reporting at Noble Drilling since August 2012. In this role, Marian manages a team responsible for internal management reporting, technical accounting research, and statutory reporting for international subsidiaries while overseeing the global corporate consolidation process using Hyperion Financial Manager (HFM). Key accomplishments include leading the successful spin-off of Paragon Offshore, plc. Prior experience includes serving as Manager in the Assurance Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities included auditing financial statements for oil and gas companies and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Marian began the career at Citibank in Venezuela within the Treasury Department. Academically, Marian holds a degree in Accounting from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
