Morten Østergaard Andersen

Morten Østergaard Andersen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Morten Østergaard currently works at Noble Corporation as an HSEQ Lead Auditor & Investigator. Before joining Noble Corporation, Morten worked at Maersk Drilling as an HSSEQ Lead Auditor & Investigator and as an Auditor. Morten Østergaard also gained experience as a Project Coordinator at William Demant, where they were involved in the development and sale of hearing health care products. At DONG Energy, Morten held the position of a Quality System Specialist, leading the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 within the company. Additionally, they worked as a Student Assistant at DONG Energy, focusing on maintenance systems in SAP. Morten also has experience as the Chairman of the Board at A/B Grønnehøj, where they managed the daily operations of a union. Furthermore, they completed a Master Thesis at Coloplast and worked as a Customer Service & IT Supporter at Dansk Kabel TV. Morten began their career at Danfoss as a Temporary Production Worker.

Morten Østergaard Andersen has a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, earned between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution from 2007 to 2010. Before entering university, Morten attended Amtsgymnasiet Sønderborg, where they studied Natural Sciences and obtained a Mathmatical Student degree between 2004 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Morten has also obtained various certifications in fields such as auditing, lean six sigma, incident analysis, and quality management.
