Richard B. Barker was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2020. Mr. Barker joins Noble following investment banking positions at firms including Moelis & Company and JPMorgan Chase & Co. where he specialized in oilfield services and equipment. Mr. Barker graduated magna cum laude from Rice University, where he earned a B.A. in Mathematical Economic Analysis and Managerial Studies.
