Stephen Huzar

Stephen Huzar is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial accounting, reporting, and consulting within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Assistant Controller (Global) at Noble Drilling since October 2019, Stephen has played a pivotal role in significant transactions, including a financial reorganization through bankruptcy and multiple mergers. Previous positions include Financial Business Consultant at American Midstream, LP, where leadership transitions and accounting standards were navigated, and Financial Reporting at Tellurian Inc., contributing to the company's public listing. Stephen's expertise was further honed during tenures at KPMG US as an Audit Professional and in various leadership roles at Weatherford and ValArco LLC, among others. Stephen holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
