Hannah Bancroft has a diverse work experience starting with a volunteer role at the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre in 2012. Hannah later worked as a laboratory assistant at Singleton Birch Limited from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they completed an internship at Wildlife Sense. Hannah then worked as a student ambassador at the University of Leeds from 2011 to 2013. Hannah joined Agrimin Ltd as a laboratory analyst from July 2014 to November 2014. Most recently, Hannah has been employed at Noble Foods Ltd since December 2014. Hannah started as a technical graduate before progressing to become the technical manager and is currently serving as the head of technical in the milling department.

Hannah Bancroft completed their education in a chronological order. Hannah first attended John Leggott College from 2008 to 2010, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Leeds from 2010 to 2014, earning a degree in MBiol with a focus on Biology. Lastly, Hannah attended Harper Adams University from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a PgC in Poultry Production.
