Luke Read McIpd

Luke Read MCIPD is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Noble Foods Ltd since March 2019, Luke oversees the Pack Centre functions and manages a team responsible for employee relations and payroll. Previous roles include HR Advisor at Gist, supporting around 400 employees, and HR Assistant at Kubota Corporation, where various HR functions were coordinated. Beginning a career in HR as General Manager and HR Support at Fun Farm Ltd, Luke has cultivated a strong background in HR practices and strategic planning, complemented by a B.A. [Hons] degree in Management with Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln and ongoing CIPD studies leading to MCIPD certification.
