Charles Shappell

Charles Shappell has extensive experience in engineering leadership, particularly in the automotive and clean mobility sectors. At Noble Gas Systems, Charles serves as Engineering Director, while previous roles at Faurecia include Director of Engineering, Director of Zero Emissions Engineering, and Manager of Low Emissions Innovation. Charles has also held key positions such as Manager of Global Valve Engineering and Director of Design and Development at Faurecia Clean Mobility. Earlier in the career, roles included Chief Engineer NVH Simulation and Advanced Engineering Project Leader at Faurecia, as well as managerial positions related to product engineering and engine testing at Karl Schmidt Unisia. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Automated Manufacturing from ITT Technical Institute-Fort Wayne.
