VP of Food and Beverage at Noble House

Thomas Haas is the current Vice President of Food and Beverage at Noble House. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, overseeing operations for both small and large businesses.

Haas got their start in the hospitality industry in 1987 as a managing partner for Montezino’s Restaurant in Palm Beach, Florida. Thomas then became the Director of Food and Beverage for The Chesterfield Hotel in Palm Beach in 1990. In 1993, they took on the role of Director of Catering & Banquets for The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

From 1996 to 2000, Haas worked as the Managing Director for The Fireman Hospitality Group in New York City. Thomas then became Vice President of Food & Beverage for Noble House Hotels & Resorts in 2000, a position they held for three years. In 2003, they left Noble House to become the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for Tiburon Hospitality Management. Thomas held this position until 2006 when they returned to Noble House.

Under Haas’s leadership, Noble House has seen significant growth in both its food and beverage offerings and its overall profitability. Thomas has developed and executed strategic plans that have resulted in increased revenue and operational efficiency for the company. In their current role as VP of Food and Beverage, Haas oversees all food and beverage operations for Noble House’s 12 hotels.

Thomas Haas began their educational career studying hotel management at Cornell University. Thomas then went on to study economics, culinary arts, and hotel administration at the German College of Hotel Administration.

Their manager is Renee Herron, Director of Digital & Brand Marketing. Thomas Haas works with Marco Perry - Vice President & Regional Managing Director, Tyler Barker - VP, Regional Managing Director, and Karen Ranker - Vice President of Human Resources.
