Luke Allen

Manager of Infrastructure Planning and Optimization at Noble Midstream Partners

Luke Allen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Luke began their career at Glenmoor Country Club as an Outside Services employee, where they assisted customers and managed the outside service crew. In 2010, they worked as a Laboratory Research Intern at the Developmental Neurobiology Laboratory, where they improved efficiency and productivity within the laboratory. From 2012 to 2014, Luke interned at K.P. Kauffman Company, Inc., working closely with the Engineering Project Manager on exploration and production projects, compiling emission reports, and assisting in calculating oil reserves. Luke then joined Audubon Companies in 2014 as a Process Engineer, and later moved to Noble Energy in 2016 as a Project Engineer. Currently, Luke is employed at Noble Midstream Partners LP, where they have held roles as the Infrastructure Planning and Optimization Lead for Texas, and currently as the Manager of Infrastructure Planning and Optimization.

Luke Allen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering, with Cum Laude honors, from Colorado State University in the years 2010 to 2014. In May 2014, they also passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. More recently, from 2019 to 2021, Luke pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice University.
