Kelsey Klupchak

Kelsey Klupchak has a diverse work experience spanning different sectors. Kelsey began their career as a Chemistry Teacher at Bourgade Catholic High School, working there from 2008 until 2010. Kelsey then joined Deloitte Consulting as a Business Technology Analyst from 2010 to 2011. Klupchak then became a Math Teacher at Immaculate Conception School from 2011 to 2012. Kelsey transitioned to the finance and investments sector, working as an Associate at IndCor Properties from 2012 to 2013. Klupchak also served as an Analyst Fellow at Safe Families for Children through Education Pioneers from 2013 to 2014. Their experience in the education sector continued as they joined the Noble Network of Charter Schools. Kelsey held various roles, including Assistant Dean of Students & Analytics from 2014 to 2015, Dean of Students & Analytics from 2015 to 2017, Senior Associate to the Head of Schools from 2017 to 2018, and Director of Principal Supports from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Klupchak serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the Noble Network of Charter Schools.

Kelsey Klupchak has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. They also hold a Master of Education degree in Secondary Education from the same institution.
