Mike Madden

Mike Madden is the Noble Network of Charter Schools’ President. Serving in his 12th year at Noble, he is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting day-to-day business operations for functions including Campus Operations, Capital Planning, Construction, Facilities Management, Food Service, Information Technology, Safety & Security, Student Enrollment & Recruitment, and Support Team Operations. Mike is also responsible for helping to develop and operationalize Noble’s long term strategic vision for growth, performance, and continuous improvement. Finally, Mike is the president of the Board of Directors for Noble Day Care.

Prior to Noble, Mike held leadership positions at the YMCA of Chicago, the City of Evanston, the Government Finance Officers Association, the City of Chicago, and Harris Bank. He also ran his own company, Madden Consulting Group, for five years. Through this business and his prior positions, Mike provided management consulting services for 40+ public sector and non-profit organizations across the country. He also published four works on the selection and implementation of financial & human resource management systems in the public sector, including a co-authored guide titled, “ERP and Financial Management Systems: The Backbone of Digital Government.”

Mike earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Public Policy & Administration from Northwestern University. He also holds a professional certificate in Conscious Leadership and Team Management from the University of Chicago.
